We currently offer free shipping on US orders over $150. This is subject to change at any time.

Please note turnaround times listed in item description and at checkout. This is subject to change at any time. Most items are made to order, and this takes time.

Sparks Of Love is not responsible for any delays in shipping times per USPS. We are not responsible if the package is not delivered by guaranteed shipping time. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping time. 

Sparks Of Love is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. 

Sparks Of Love is not responsible for the items marked "delivered" by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package. 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he/she enters the shipping address correctly. Contact us at sparksoflove22@gmail.com about an incorrect shipping address. We will do our best to make all changes however, we cannot guarantee anything after a 24-hour window. If your shipping address is incorrect and we are contacted your order will be refunded and you must place another order with the correct address. We are not responsible and will not refund items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.
